Open the LocalTestRun.testrunconfig file by going to Test (menu item), then Edit Test Run Configurations. Go to second option Deployment and select the file(s) that must be copied to the output directory.

When executing a test that requires a file to be present at a specific location, it is convenient to add this file to the Test project.
