Breast augmentation can be used to increase the size of small breasts, or in cases of lost breast volume or \"droopiness\" that occurs after breast-feeding or weight loss. During a breast augmentation consultation we are able to help patients determine weather saline or silicone implants would be better for them, as well as which incision and implant location would work best for their body type and lifestyle. The implants used by Dr. Struck are generally smooth because textured implants can cause rippling of the skin.
