If you need to list all of the MySQL databases managed by Plesk along with their corresponding domains and login credentials, you can use this query:

Copy this code and paste it in your HTML 
  1. SELECT domains.name AS domain_name,
  2. data_bases.name AS database_name, db_users.login, accounts.password
  3. FROM data_bases, db_users, domains, accounts
  4. WHERE data_bases.dom_id = domains.id
  5. AND db_users.db_id = data_bases.id
  6. AND db_users.account_id = accounts.id
  7. ORDER BY domain_name;
