You can get hostname from script environment - getenv("HTTP_HOST")
(?!'.$host.') matches URLs always except local links

Affects <A> tags for links starting with $link
Example: LinkReplacer ($text, 'http://www.snipplr.com') affects to
<a href="http://www.snipplr.com">Snipplr</a>
